Q.01What counts as one Premium Export?
Logo Motion and 3D exports at 720p, plus signed-in 1080p exports, do not use allowance. Each successful 4K export, or paid Flash export, uses one shared Premium Export.
Q.02How are monthly and yearly exports added?
Creator Monthly includes 40 exports per billing period and Studio Monthly includes 120. Yearly plans receive the full annual allowance after payment: 480 for Creator and 1,440 for Studio. Project Pack adds 5 Premium Exports that never expire.
Q.03Do unused exports roll over forever?
Subscription quota does not. Monthly exports expire at the end of the current subscription period. Yearly exports can be used throughout the annual term and expire when that term ends. Project Pack credits have no expiry and are used after period quota.
Q.04What is included in the Free plan?
Free includes core Logo Motion styles, the 3D editor, unlimited local 720p exports, signed-in 1080p Logo Motion and 3D exports, and local project-file saving and reopening. Logo Motion or 3D 4K and paid Flash exports require a Creator/Studio subscription or remaining Project Pack credits.
Q.05Do failed or cancelled exports use my allowance?
No. A paid export is reserved while rendering and committed only after the file succeeds. Failed or cancelled renders release the reservation and restore the shared balance.
Q.06Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Billing. Exports already added to your account keep their original expiration date and are not cleared simply because you open a cancellation request.
Q.07Can I save projects in the cloud?
Not yet. Project files live on your device: anyone can save and reopen a .logofuse file. Opening a project is not a paid gate. Cloud projects and cross-device sync are still in development.
Q.08Who owns the exports, and can I use them commercially?
You own your uploaded logo and the videos you export. LogoFuse owns the app, presets, and licensed Flash source footage. You may use exports commercially, including Free 720p output. Do not redistribute the original licensed Flash clips.
