Clear answers about usage, expiration, and cancellation before you subscribe.
Q.01What counts as one HD export?
Logo Motion and 3D exports at 720p, plus signed-in 1080p exports, do not use allowance. Each successful 4K export, or paid HD export in the flash editor, uses one shared export.
Q.02How are monthly and yearly exports added?
Creator Monthly includes 40 exports per billing period and Studio Monthly includes 120. Yearly plans receive the full annual allowance after payment: 480 for Creator and 1,440 for Studio.
Q.03Do unused exports roll over forever?
No. Monthly exports expire at the end of the current subscription period. Yearly exports can be used throughout the annual term and expire when that term ends.
Q.04What is included in the Free plan?
Free includes core Logo Motion styles, the 3D editor, unlimited local 720p exports, signed-in 1080p Logo Motion and 3D exports, and local project-file saving. Logo Motion or 3D 4K, paid HD Flash exports, and gated project recovery require an active subscription.
Q.05Do failed or cancelled exports use my allowance?
No. A paid export is reserved while rendering and committed only after the file succeeds. Failed or cancelled renders release the reservation and restore the shared balance.
Q.06Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Billing. Exports already added to your account keep their original expiration date and are not cleared simply because you open a cancellation request.
Q.07Can I save projects in the cloud?
Not yet. Project files are currently saved on your device and can be downloaded for later editing. Cloud projects and cross-device sync are still in development, so they are not listed as current plan benefits.
